Ingredients:
One and a half cups of cooked potatoes, diced
One cup of cooked white beans
One cup of chopped celery
One can of Shilton’s canned tuna
One cup of chopped pickles
Half a cup of chopped parsley
Three tablespoons of mayonnaise
One tablespoon of lemon juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Cut all the ingredients into your desired size and place them in a large bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well mixed and evenly coated.
Serve the salad in your favorite dish and enjoy!
