Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 cans of tuna

1 cup of chopped pickles

1 cup of chopped celery

1 cup of chopped onion

1 cup of mayonnaise

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 tablespoon of mild mustard

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Lettuce, as needed

Sliced bread or toast, as needed

Instructions:

First, empty the cans of tuna into a bowl and shred the fish with a fork.

Add the chopped pickles, celery, onion, lemon juice, mustard, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.

Place a layer of lettuce on a slice of bread, then spoon a generous layer of the tuna salad mixture on top. Cover with another slice of bread. Serve and enjoy!
