Ingredients:
Three cups of lettuce
One hard-boiled egg
One cup of canned corn
One cup of pomegranate seeds
Half a cup of chopped celery
One-third cup of chopped bell pepper
One cup of cooked potatoes
One can of tuna
Ingredients for the Dressing:
One-third cup of balsamic dressing
One-quarter cup of lemon juice
Four tablespoons of mayonnaise
One-third cup of olive oil
One-third cup of chopped parsley
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Dice the celery, bell pepper, and cooked potatoes. In a large bowl, combine them with the corn, pomegranate seeds, and tuna.
To prepare the dressing, finely chop the parsley and mix it with the balsamic dressing, lemon juice, mayonnaise, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients.
Slice the boiled egg and place it on top as a garnish.
