Ingredients:

One tablespoon of olive oil

One carrot

Four to five stalks of green onion

One can of Shilton’s green peas

One and a half cups of cooked brown rice

Half a cup of chopped parsley

One tablespoon of soy sauce

One can of Shilton’s tuna

Salt and black pepper, to taste

 

Instructions:

Start by adding the olive oil to a frying pan and let it warm up slightly.

Dice the carrot and green onions, then add them to the pan along with salt and black pepper. Lightly fry while stirring until they begin to soften.

Next, add the green peas, cooked brown rice, chopped parsley, and soy sauce. Cook everything together while stirring for a few minutes.

Finally, add the Shilton tuna to the pan and mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined and heated through.

Spoon the finished dish into your favorite serving bowl and enjoy!
