Beef and Bean Taco
Ingredients:
One tablespoon of oil
Two tablespoons of fried onions
One tablespoon of tomato paste
Salt, turmeric, and black pepper, to taste
One hundred grams of ground beef
One cup of canned pinto beans
One cup of chopped parsley
One flatbread or large tortilla
Pizza cheese, as needed
Instructions:
First, place the oil, fried onions, tomato paste, and spices in a pan. Lightly fry while stirring until the mixture becomes fragrant.
Add the ground beef and cook while stirring again until the meat is browned.
Next, add the pinto beans and chopped parsley. Mix well so the flavors blend together.
Place the flatbread in a grill pan. On one half of the bread, spread a layer of cheese, then a layer of the beef and bean mixture, and finally another layer of cheese on top.
Fold the other side of the bread over the filling and press gently so the bottom gets grilled. Repeat this step to grill the other side of the bread as well.
Put the taco on a cutting board and slice it as shown in the video.
